Common Issues

Invoice is empty

Check that each product has a vendor assigned in Hiboutik.

Missing VAT on invoice

Set the VAT rate on each product in your Hiboutik catalog.

"Vendor not found" error

Re-sync your vendors from the dashboard.

Request times out

Try again. If the problem persists, check your internet connection.
