By accessing and using AutoInvoice, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
AutoInvoice is a tool that connects to your Hiboutik account to generate PDF invoices. We do not store your Hiboutik password.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
AutoInvoice — including its software, source code, design, branding, and all related content — is the exclusive property of its owner and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.
Support is by email at support@autofacture.pro, in French or English. There is no guaranteed response time. Before reporting a problem, please check the troubleshooting checklist on our support page. We then investigate the problem. If the cause is a defect in AutoFacture itself, the investigation and the fix are free. If the cause is your own Hiboutik setup or data (for example a product with no vendor, a missing VAT rate, or a missing vendor address in Hiboutik), the time spent investigating is billed at our hourly rate, which we tell you before we start. After 1 hour of investigation we stop and ask you before continuing. Correcting your data, reissuing invoices, new features and custom work are billed, and agreed with you before they are done.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data discrepancies or business losses.
